This dinner was so delicious, I couldn’t help but share. We made a huge batch of whole wheat pasta and 99% lean turkey meatballs and have been eating them ever since. Today was the first time I added veggies and it was uh-maze-ing!

I’m off to yoga. My body has been so sore lately… I think it’s time for lots of resting and stretching. Having a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body. Don’t forget to take time for yourself! Long walks, hot baths, reading a book. Do what makes you happy 🙂 Good night folks.
